Joshua Miller was raised in the hills of deep West Templeton—at the second-to-last bus stop and a mile walk up the road. Surrounded by artists, makers, and wooded terrain, he developed an early appreciation for creativity, community, and rural lands.
Today, Josh and his partner, Genoa, split their time between downtown Paso Robles and their family farm in West Templeton. They enjoy morning walks to local coffee shops, dining at neighborhood restaurants, and perusing farmers markets. They share a love of travel, exploring the Central Coast, and connecting with others through food, wine, and conversation.
Josh specializes in acreage and unique properties, single- and multi-family housing, mixed-use projects, and land development. Based in Paso Robles and proudly affiliated with Richardson Sotheby’s International Realty, he brings a grounded and thoughtful approach to every client interaction. Drawn to the natural beauty and character of diverse landscapes and inspired by creative projects, from downtown redevelopment to innovative land use, Josh is passionate about helping people find their place in the community.
